PRODUCTION
At HILFA, we have more than 50 years of experience in plastic injection molding. Our machine park consists of modern Engel and Arburg brand machines, and part of the equipment is automated with gantry and ABB robots for precise insertion of metal parts during production.
We produce a large part of the standard range from recycled or bio-plastic, and we are actively working on replacing parts that are still made from new plastic – because environmental protection is our priority.
We use a centralized system for the delivery of raw materials, and each machine has its own mill, which enables local recycling of materials and reduction of waste.
In addition to injection molding, we also have machines for hot stamping and tampo printing, with which we apply texts and symbols directly to plastic components.
